Returns & Refund Policy

At Pieces of Love Quilt Shop, we take great care in preparing and shipping your orders and want you to love what you receive.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on cut fabric and kits. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

To report an issue, please reach out with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

We are unable to offer replacements, refunds, or store credit if we are not notified within the 30-day window, so please check your order upon arrival.

Items that have been washed, cut, or used in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
